As an Administrative Sales Assistant for Kohler Signature Store by General Plumbing Supply, you will provide a wide range of administrative and operational support to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls Lifting material Using Ladders Assisting management in daily and weekly tasks Organize and schedule appointments Assisting customer's picking up orders Maintaining inventory Requirements:
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Excellent written and verbal communication skills High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus Flexible Availability - Including Weekends, and Holidays Proficiency in MS Office Ability to juggle multiple assignments while paying attention to details Job Type:
