Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, materials management, and procurement.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary materials and supplies.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Utilize forklifts and other equipment for material handling and storage.
- Coordinate dispatching of goods for timely delivery.
- Utilize systems for inventory management and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Must be able to walk and stand for the duration of shift.
Occasionally lift and move objects up to 35-50 lbs.
All positions start with a one month probationary period to learn our processes and to assess team fit.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including materials management, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
- Proficient in using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with fleet management principles and practices.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
