Head of Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities:
Manage the full life cycle hiring process for a wide range of staff positions Attracting top talent and developing a strong qualified diverse candidate pool for current and future openings Work with departments to understand their recruitment and talent acquisition needs and develop recruiting strategies Provides subject matter expertise and guidance on best practices, employment laws and regulations Develop, lead, and manage all recruiting and staffing related initiatives and programs such as virtual and in-person hiring events, internal and external referral programs, expos and fairs, and more Maintain responsive communication to prospective candidates, vendors, and team members to ensure timely and quality hiring decisions Represent the brand as an ambassador and role model for all future brand ambassadors Manage, track, and report all recruiting and hiring data within our ATS and deliver timely reports to relevant stakeholders Stay ahead on the most recent trends such as social media strategies, and technological advancements such as SAAS and AI Operate within allocated budgets strategically and effectively to optimize results Collaborate and influence a diverse group of clients, fully understand and translate their business objectives into robust recruitment strategies Manage initial stages of hiring to ensure candidates long term success which include sourcing, screening, interviewing, contacting references, conducting backgrounds checks, issuing job offers, hiring, onboarding procedures such as new hire documentation and welcoming all new hires.

Bachelor's degree or higher education Experienced with advancing technologies and capable of learning new tech quickly as we integrate technology heavily into our daily workflow You are a people person and you're often the most positive person in the room.
This is a requirement to be successful at this position, but we also just don't have space for negativity around here :
) Experience with Mac computers, Google Workspace products such as Docs & Sheets Organizational skills come naturally to you.
Whether it's data in a spreadsheet, or paperwork on a desk, you feel uncomfortable when things are disorganized.

Schedule and Location:
Your influence will be needed at our HQ in Bergenfield NJ Monday to Friday, but you will also lead weekend events from time to time.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
