Bi-lingual (Spanish) Assistant Manager for a Growing Cleaning Company

A key responsibility is to perform in-home sales estimates. You are a key team member in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. You are responsible for adding new customers while cultivating existing customer relationships.

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time effectively. You must have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and be able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day to day basis. You will be responsible to work across both our Bergenfield and Riverdale locations while using a company car (only 20 miles apart).

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales goals

  • Meet with customers to estimate cost of jobs and services

  • Follow up with prospective customers by phone or email

  • Prepare accurate reports in regards to estimates and customer follow-up

  • Manage customer relations, including mitigating damages and liability issues

  • Make quality control visits to customers' homes during cleans

  • Assist in dispatching cleaning teams

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License

Salary: $12 - $13 per hour, plus sales growth bonuses

Hours: 7:45 am - 4:30 pm

Personal Time Off (PTO vacation / sick day policy); No Health Insurance offered

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
