Senior CRM Administrator

The Senior CRM Administrator will be a hands-on, customer-facing IT representative supporting the master data management (MDM), customer relationship management (CRM), reporting and data analysis technologies of the commercial team. This position will be administering and customizing Veeva CRM and associated technologies for sales, marketing, analytics and compliance teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicating well with all levels of personnel (technical and business) and gathering user requirements
  • Building, configuring and implementing technical solutions within time, budget and quality constraints
  • Managing incidents and tracking and reporting changes
  • Performing business analysis
  • Delivering excellent customer service and championing product solutions
  • Supporting training initiatives and data analysis, which may involve data manipulation, cleansing, loading, querying, etc.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
