What You Will Be Doing Responsible for the schedule, coordination and completion of Diversity and Inclusion projects

responsibilities:

  • Set-up master documents for 2019 key programs across D&I teams by collaborating with the teams and compiling input from them.

  • Set-up a collaborative doc for different teams to list all 2019 potential communication initiatives; review the list with Employee Communications and External Communications teams to assess the promotion value of each request, assign action steps, and manage the initiatives to ensure promotion work is completed on time

  • Design templates and create reports to show/track 2018-19 various conference participants (work with different team members to obtain the data and design a document to host/show the data). Tie in conference participation to specific sponsorship objectives and track results.

  • Track and review current communication assets: identify where content needs to be updated to reflect evolved Diversity and Inclusion messaging. Partner with different communications team to ensure content is updated on-time. -

Track and review employee resource groups' communications; ensure they are factually accurate and easy to understand.

  • Research (via public venues) what other companies have done/are doing with internal Diversity and Inclusion internal communications, identify trends and best practices, and present findings to the team.

qualifications:

  • You are an effective project manager. You are organized and can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are have excellent prioritization and time management skills. - You are a good communicator and can organize and present information in a logical, easy-to-understand way

  • You are a team player and are willing to help out wherever needed and love to collaborate.

  • 2 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience with G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides), PowerPoint, and Excel Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
