Application Support Analyst - IV

This position is for an Applications Support team member with regards to providing hands on technical support for several mobile applications being either the client application and or server backend software. The individual should have 3-10+ years of relevant work experience (infrastructure, applications support). The primary function is to proactively monitor, support and troubleshoot an application(s) regarding its system health and operation with respect to resolving customer trouble tickets and supporting production matters. The person should have very good experience with regards to reviewing and analyzing server logs relative to troubleshooting issues, this work will also include working closely with the development team with regards to managing software quality. The person should be experienced in developing test scripts to check the servers logs and or database using both Unix / Linux commands and SQL commands to retrieve information, create alerts and or reports. The person should be used to resolving trouble tickets and resolving application issues. The person should be familiar with products like Weblogic, WebSphere, Cloud (AWS), Splunk etc. The individual should also be used to using system monitoring tools such as Wily or Splunk to analyze and manage system health. (If there is Splunk admin experience, it is PLUS). The person should have experience in checking on exceptions or other error handling procedures where past development experience is a plus. The individual should be familiar with the script languages such as Perl, Shell, etc. and SQL. It is plus if the individual is familiar with Java, J2EE, XML, HTTP, Databases regarding supporting the applications. In dealing with mobile applications, being familiar with Android or IOS applications is a plus. The individual should also be familiar with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) with regards to documenting maintenance plans, reports and or procedures. The person should be a team player, be able to work independently, be highly motivated and possess good communications skills with regards to interacting with various cross-functional team members and in writing maintenance support documents. The work will be performed in NJ. The work will include off-hours support (evening work or weekend work) with regards to supporting production upgrades, maintenance windows and or system outages. The person should have a BS and or MS degree in a relevant technical field such as CS, EE or MIS where GC holders or US Citizens are preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
